                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                   RIGHT-OF-WAY FROM CHRIST UNITED METHODIST
                   CHURCH, RELATIVE TO THE HURRICANE CREEK
                   RIGHT-OF-WAY PROJECT, FOR A TOTAL
                   CONSIDERATION OF THREE HUNDRED TEN AND
                   NO/100 DOLLARS ($310.00).
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a right-of-way from Christ United Methodist Church,
       relative to the Hurricane Creek Right-of-Way Project, for a total 

       consideration of $310.00.
